Silt Municipal Court - Silt Police Department

Municipal Court is held once a month on the 3rd Monday of each month. Juvenile appearances are scheduled at 1pm, and Adults appearances are scheduled for 1:30pm.

NOTE – Juveniles 17 years old and under must have a Parent/Guardian present.

Cases seen in court are for misdemeanors municipal offenses, bench warrants and summons/penalty assessments. The Silt Municipal Judge is the Honorable Care McInnis.

How do I pay a fine?

All penalty assessment tickets (payable without a mandatory court appearance) may be paid via the following the options:

In person at Silt Town Hall (231 N. 7th St) Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

Night depository 24/7 (located outside the main Town Hall entrance)

Mailed to: Town of Silt, Attn: Municipal Court, P.O. Box 70, Silt, CO 81652

PLEASE NOTE – Make checks payable to: Town of Silt (Please reference ticket number in memo field). If paying by cash in night depository please reference ticket number on envelope.
